Dr. Hussain Binghatti founded Binghatti in 2008, naming the company after his late father Ghatti Bin Ghaeb. In doing so, his goal was to build a global brand and to perpetuate the brand legacy across generations. Dr. Binghatti holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Technology and a Master of Science from The Cranfield Institute of Technology.

Spearheading the entire group, Muhammad’s vision was to create a real estate brand that would carry a distinctive visual brand identity consistently applied to all of its creations. Holding a bachelors degree in Architecture & Design, and being inspired by the automotive and horological industries, the ultimate realization of his vision came about as he formed partnerships with the world’s leading automotive and horological brands Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob&Co. Muhammad has also been a recipient of multiple awards and honorary recognitions and has been listed on Forbes Top 100 Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders in the Middle East.

Ahmed Binghatti serves as Binghatti’s Vice Chairman. He is a recipient of a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) with dual concentration in Finance and Private Equity from the London Business School and has been instrumental in Binghatti’s financial activities and expansion.

Katralnada oversees Binghatti’s operations and portfolio of projects. Her vision was to place Binghatti on a global and international platform. In doing so, Katralnada has transformed Binghatti’s strategies by diversifying the group’s capital and investment, including the listing of Binghatti’s inaugural Sukuk on London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Dubai. As an engineer by background, Katralnada holds a Bachelor of Science, in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.
